As the Lead Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist and Breast Care Nurse at the Spire Southampton, I bring 25 years of dedicated nursing experience across complex surgical and oncology settings.
I am truly dedicated to providing compassionate and expert Breast Nursing care. I strive to create an environment where patients feel safe and supported, ensuring they feel informed, confident and cared for from diagnosis to treatment, recovery and beyond. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams – including surgeons, oncologists and allied health professionals- to coordinate seamless care and optimise patients’ outcomes. Ensuring that patients not only receive the best clinical care but also feel empowered to make decisions about their health and treatment.
Experience
I have completed extensive specialist training in breast care, including achieving Level 7 qualifications in both Breast Care Nursing and Cancer Care. My Advanced Communication training further enables me to provide clear, empathetic, and effective support during some of the most challenging moments in a patients’ treatment pathway.
I am honored to have achieved the International Daisy Award for Nursing Excellence, a recognition that reflects my ongoing commitment to holistic patient-centered care.
